Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
